Vendor Registration

Welcome to Shapes Fitness Sarasota's vendor registration for our upcoming Girls Night Out event, where we invite you to be a part of our 6th Annual Fitness for Charity Event. This year, we are proud to sponsor Mothers Helping Mothers, a non-profit organization that serves over 4,000 families each year in our local community, representing an average of 11,000 children annually.

The event will be held on Thursday, May 18th from 5-8:00 pm at Shapes Fitness for Women, 5451 Fruitville Rd., Sarasota. With an expected attendance of over 150+ attendees throughout the evening, we invite you to register as a vendor and join our mission to team up with Mothers Helping Mothers.

By registering for a booth at our Girls Night Out event, you will have the opportunity to showcase your products and services to a diverse group of fitness women, all while supporting a great cause. Last year's event raised over $8,000, and with your generous support, we hope to double that this year.

Choose the level of support that best suits your business and budget for the Girls Night Out Fitness for Charity Event:

$200 - Vendor spot, logo on promotional materials, logo on social media posts, and items in Swag Bag.
$300 - All of the above, plus a display on the website Partner Page all year, and a write-up in Shapes Newsletter.
$600 - All of the above, plus a business display in Shapes all month, and logo on the back of shirts worn by attendees.

Additionally, we are seeking donations of goods or services for raffle drawings and Silent Auction items. ALL proceeds will go to Mothers Helping Mothers, so you can be assured that every dollar donated will be used to help the mothers and children in our community.
