Roni Padua

Roni Padua

NASM Certified Personal Trainer
E-RYT 200

Roni was born and raised in Northern California but has recently moved to Sarasota with her husband and two boys.  Her fitness journey started as a cross country and track athlete.  Running was an outlet and a moving meditation for her.  Roni was then introduced to yoga which changed her life. She was able to take her strength, flexibility, and mindfulness to a new level.

Not only was she improving on the outside, but she was growing on the inside as well. She is currently working through her CPT with NASM and is excited to coach and motivate her clients to reach their goals.

Roni is passionate about fitness and believes her purpose in life is to elevate and empower others. A little more about Roni: She loves Jesus, Hawaiian music, anything sweet, being outside, and above all, family.

Savannah Scott

Savannah grew up doing competitive dance and through those years also formed a love for strength training. After a year of doing mission work overseas and having limited availability to proper nutrition, Savannah learned how to fuel her body correctly sparking a new passion to pursue nutrition coaching.

When she moved to Sarasota she started her own personal training and nutrition coaching services. She loves getting to meet the needs of her clients and be a part of their health and wellness journey.

Savannah realized that wellness is not a one box fits all so she intentionally creates a unique structure for each person she works with. This could include PT sessions, meal prep, macro calculations, food and supplement recommendations, workout and meal plans.
